Delivery Charges

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days of the order being placed with a delivery time of 2-5 working days.   However if your order is needed for an imminent event,  please email or phone us and we will do everything possible to ensure we meet your deadline.

We will despatch your order using Royal Mail delivery service.  We offer FREE Delivery on all orders in the UK over £40. We aim for your order to be delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.

Small Parcel Delivery (0kg - 1kg) - £4.99

Medium Parcel Delivery (1.01kg - 2kg) - £7.99

Large Parcel Delivery (2.01kg - 5kg) - £11.99

If you are likely to be out when your order is due to be delivered, we suggest you give an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.

Overseas Delivery

We will despatch your order using Royal Mail Overseas delivery services.  The costs for your delivery using Royal Mail is calculated on weight and therefore will be available to you upon checkout.

Local Pickup

If local pickup from us in Nottingham is an option available to you then this is available between 10am and 4pm Monday - Friday.
